About
Pulsewright Labs is an Indian vertical-AI studio. We pick one industrial sector at a time, embed deeply, and ship workspaces that replace the sprawl of generic SaaS tools with a single AI-aware operating system.
Most Indian industrial operations still run on a Frankenstein stack: WhatsApp groups for tickets, Excel for inventory, paper for site sign-offs, a separate CRM that nobody uses, and a Tally instance the accountant guards. The cost of that fragmentation isn't software license fees — it's the supervisor calling four people to find a single status, the customer being forgotten between channels, the margin being eaten by lookup-time.
We started Pulsewright Labs because that pattern repeats across solar, EV charging, water treatment, cold chain, and a dozen other Indian industrial verticals. Generic SaaS hasn't fixed it. AI alone won't fix it. What works is software that knows the domain, speaks the channel, and lives where the team already works.
Pulsewright Labs is led by Santosh Sharma — a builder who's spent the last decade shipping operational software in industrial verticals across India. The studio runs lean: senior engineers, a designer, a domain partner per vertical. We hire for taste and operational empathy, not headcount.
Our first product is Solar Ops Platform, in production with Somaya Solar Solutions Pvt Ltd. It's our proof that the model works — see the case study for what 90 days of focused building looked like.
Solar is the start. The next verticals on our list — in rough priority — are EV charging operations, water-treatment AMC, and industrial cold-chain. If you operate in any of these and want to be design partner #1, say hello.
